We offer three levels of consultancy in leadership development:
First-Time Supervisor Training
The goal of this training is to confirm the aptitude to manage people and utilize company resources to ensure compliance with rules and regulations, deliver service to customers, and maintain a high degree of employee satisfaction. The first experience as a supervisor is a defining moment for most people in their careers. Our training includes role-playing, an introduction to best practices, and aptitude tests.
The training can be designed as an off-site event or an in-house workshop. We customize the material to fit the situation and the industry.
Supervisor and Manager Training
Every new supervisory role presents additional challenges and presumably greater responsibilities and corporate influence. Many of our clients require formal training for manager and supervisors who did not participate in a first-time supervisor workshop or needs to complete an on-boarding experience as a newly-hired employee.
The training is customized for each cohort and focuses on leadership models and role-playing.
Leadership Models and Best Practices Workshop
In these workshops, we cover different leadership models including the Five Levels of Leadership, Situational Leadership, and we go over case studies for the establishment of a leadership culture. We also cover best practices for mentoring and professional educational plans for employees.
